Description:
1/10 scale 4wd road-course racing class – easy to drive cars suitable for everyone from beginners to competitive racers. Race in both Road Course and Oval events.
Approved Vehicles:
- Tamiya TT01 and TT02 (all versions including Euro truck/Semi)
- Traxxas 4-Tec 2.0 and 3.0 (all versions)
- Kyosho Fazer MK2 line
Rules:
- Motor: Tamiya Torque-Tuned 25T 1/10 540 brushed motor required (available at RC Sports)
- Other electronics: Brushed ESCs only. Open servo and radio system.
- Tires: Stock Traxxas/Tamiya/Kyosho kit tires or RC Sports on-road Spec Tires only (spec tires highly recommended – available in house at RC Sports for $12.99/set).
- Body: Custom bodies ok.
- Gearing: Gearing will be open for Season One. We will determine optimal gear ratio during Season One and gear ratio will be fixed in future seasons.
- Other Modifications:
- Tamiya TT01/TT02 Only: Tamiya models may upgrade to ball bearings, CV driveshafts, and oil shocks. Track width may also be extended to standard 200mm.
- Kyosho Fazer/4-Tec 2.0: Must maintain stock dimensions including track width.
- All models: Unless previously mentioned, no performance/tuning upgrades are allowed. Durability upgrades (RPM, aluminum etc) ok as long as they don’t improve handling or adjustability. Always check with race director on option/aftermarket parts.
